There is an Annual general meeting (AGM) every year to voice concerns, get financial details of the Associations books, make and vote on notices of motion to change rules, and every 2 years run for office and vote for the executive. The membership is welcome to attend any of the regular executive meetings as well, in a non-voting capacity.
